10 Best Restaurants in Las Vegas for 2026

A curated list spanning fine dining, local favorites, and everything in between — in no particular order.

1. Pisces — The Wynn

Vibe: Upscale romantic seafood, nautical ambiance, strip-side patio with Lake of Dreams show views

Must-Order:

  • Cocktails: Sun Sign (spicy margarita in a puffer fish glass) or the Old Fashioned
  • Starters: Mediterranean Sea Bass Ceviche with roasted red pepper sauce · Bluefin Sashimi with black truffle and ponzu · Crab Cigars in filo dough with remoulade
  • Mains: Paella for Two (served tableside — lobster tail, shrimp, crab, mussels) · Prawn & King Crab Pasta a la Vodka (house-made noodles, spicy vodka sauce — the standout dish)
  • Dessert: Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Rocher (chocolate dome, crispy/gooey) · Greek Yogurt Soft Serve with tart cherries and baklava doughnuts

Notes: Bread service with laminated sourdough and two dips. Paella easily feeds more than two. Both desserts are shareable but worth getting both.

2. Latai — Fremont East (Downtown)

Vibe: Local Thai staple, 15+ years in business, same owners as 8 East at Circa

Must-Order:

  • Thai Pork Jerky with waterfall sauce
  • Short Rib Fried Rice (gravy, fried egg)
  • Tricolor Curry — available as part of a weekday lunch special (11am–3pm) with rice and drink for $13.50
  • Pad Kimao with ground beef
  • Mango Sticky rice for dessert

Drinks: Green Thai iced tea or classic Thai iced tea

Notes: Line moves fast at lunch. Great value, especially the weekday curry lunch special.

3. High Stakes — The Rio (Rooftop)

Vibe: Casual, elevated steakhouse on the former Voodoo Steak rooftop; strip views, great patio. Chef James Trees.

Must-Order:

  • Glazed Bacon (sous vide, thick-cut, sweet sauce — put it on the complimentary bread)
  • Hanger Steak "Animal Style" with fries, thick sauce, grilled onions
  • Prime Rib
  • Seafood Towers (various sizes)
  • Bison steak (for something different)
  • Fried Chicken (for non-red-meat eaters)

Notes: Vegan steak option available. Rooftop patio has solid strip views.

4. With Love Always — Centennial Hills (Durango & Centennial)

Vibe: Viral smash burger spot, local favorite, simple focused menu done extremely well

Must-Order:

  • Classic Burger (pickles, love sauce, onions)
  • All-American Burger (ketchup, mustard)
  • Loaded Fries (pickles, fried onion, sauce, cheese)
  • Dipped Cone — soft serve in cherry, chocolate, or seasonal flavor (currently salted butterscotch)

Notes: Menu is intentionally limited: 3 burgers, fries, ice cream. Line looks intimidating but moves quickly. Three locations: Centennial Hills (flagship), Sunset, and coming soon to Red Rock Hotel & Casino.

5. Soul Belly BBQ — Arts District (Main Street)

Vibe: Legit BBQ smokehouse, great interior and patio, live music weekends. Creek Stone Farms beef.

Must-Order Meats:

  • Pork Belly (standout — surprisingly excellent)
  • Bratwurst (house favorite)
  • Brisket (smoked 12 hours daily outside)

Must-Order Sides:

  • Cornbread · Beans · Coleslaw · Mac and cheese · Potato salad · Homemade pickles

Value Option: Weekday $15 lunch special — one meat, one side

Notes: Platter for two is a lot of food. Full bar available.

6. Boa Steakhouse — Palazzo (Grand Canal Shops)

Vibe: Swanky but casual, chic interior, newer strip addition

Must-Order:

  • Parker House Rolls
  • Shrimp Scampi
  • Crudo
  • Wagyu cigars
  • Filet
  • Australian Wagyu New York Strip

Notes: Great for a strip steakhouse night out. Strong appetizer program.

  • Beefsteak Tomato Tartare

Dining Options:

  • Tasting menu (recommended if splurging) — curated bites, steak, and sides chosen for you
  • À la carte — pick your own tapas and steak

Notes: A genuine experience restaurant. Worth the splurge for the full tasting menu.

8. Caramella — Planet Hollywood

Vibe: All-you-can-eat weekend brunch, gorgeous interior, beautiful patio

Must-Order / Highlights:

  • Oysters · Garlic Bread · Chicken Caesar Salad · Eggs Benedict · Florentine Pancakes · Tiramisu French Toast · Avocado Toast · Omelets · Chicken and Waffles · Pasta

Notes: Two-hour seating. All-you-can-eat pricing. One of the best brunch values on the strip.

9. Happy Camper — North Strip (Outside Fashion Show Mall)

Vibe: Casual, fun patio bar — great for groups, party atmosphere, shareable bites

Must-Order:

  • The thing you're coming for: Tavern Style Pepperoni & Ricotta Pizza — creamy ricotta, hot honey, pepperoni cups, crispy thin crust
  • Chicken Nachos (massive, easily feeds four)

Drinks: Aperol Spritz · Umbrella Cocktail · Champagne bongs · White Claw bongs

Notes: Best with a group. Pizza alone earns its spot on this list.

10. Andiamo — The D Hotel (Downtown)

Vibe: Classic Italian-American steakhouse, tucked-away gem downtown, exceptional service

Must-Order:

  • Starters: Sausage and Peppers · Lobster Bisque (best on any current steakhouse menu)
