1. Pisces — The Wynn
Vibe: Upscale romantic seafood, nautical ambiance, strip-side patio with Lake of Dreams show views
Must-Order:
- Cocktails: Sun Sign (spicy margarita in a puffer fish glass) or the Old Fashioned
- Starters: Mediterranean Sea Bass Ceviche with roasted red pepper sauce · Bluefin Sashimi with black truffle and ponzu · Crab Cigars in filo dough with remoulade
